I think that FIRST holds the right to change anything at a moments notice. It's not "Official" really that the fields
have to be rectangular, it just makes things easier and simple. FIRST might want to make things less simple.
Also, the yellow from Hexagon Havoc suggestions a Yellow alliance would be more fitting. Primary colors.
