Running with your theory here... I tried out "15806 wind farm" in the googley, and there are some results, the most interesting ones perhaps: 1)
http://www.thewindpower.net/develope...rgiequelle.php shows 15806 as the postal code for Energiequelle's address. 2) U-15806 as the case number in MI about a "long-term renewable energy contract between Detroit Edison Company and Tuscola Bay Wind, LLC".
