Now that kickoff is less the two weeks away. Many of the senior students are looking at an Increased leadership role. For this upcoming year what goals have you sent to make sure your last season is your best one?

This year I'm going to be leading my own subgroup with 3-4other students. I'm really looking forward to this opportunity not only for the Life skills I will learn. But also for the skills I will teach.

Mine are simple with our smaller team I'm going to focus really hard on giving my skills away to the younger members. Therefore I help out the future of the team, but I will still feel like I'm part of the team as my skills would be used over and over again.

As much a I want to remain a student on such a great team being part of a great organization. My time is vastly approaching to hang up my safety glasses for the last time. 2014 is my last attempt at leaving a lasting remark on my team.. Gotta make it count!
