Re: paper: How to Lead a SWOT Analysis (Risk Management)

To anyone reading this: If you don't know what a SWOT analysis is, you should. It's not really a design tool for robots, but for macro processes. Like a whole team.

It helps you by giving you a framework to consider the current state of your team (or department, if in business), and when the analysis is done, you will have some better insight as to what to do next to make the team (better/stronger/wealthier/whatever)

It's not a trivial endeavour if done well, but it really is very powerful for finding a direction for your 'business'.

Know and use your strengths
Know and fix your weaknesses
Know and capitalize on your opportunities
Know and guard against the threats
