No. Think of teleop as having two time-independent periods. Before you clear all balls from the autonomus period, you are in a Pre-CYCLE Mode. Balls that enter their goals will still receive goal points, but do not have a chance at earning any of the autonomous bonus points (including shooting autonomously and into hot goals) or cycle bonus points (including assists, truss shots, and truss catches). After all of thsoe balls have cleared the field of play, the pedestal is lit, signifying the beginning of CYCLE mode, the second time-independent teleop period.
