I was reviewing the rules and I noticed two diagrams (figures 4-5 and 4-6 in
http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/3#). These diagrams state that, "If a side is shorter than 8 in., the entire side must be protected by BUMPER (see Figure 4-6). For the purposes of R19, a round or circular FRAME PERIMETER has an infinite number of corners." Does this mean that there is no longer a minimum side length?
