I work with all of the groups so that I know what is going on, because of this i'm good at utilizing every member on our team because I always have something for people to do. I work on that while walking in and out of the shop. Sure the drawings get a bit dirty, but hey we've got stuff to do. It's my job to make sure that the robot gets manufactured, kt has to make it work 
I would have to say that the girls are a very important part of our team.

Yes very important, just as important as anybody else on the team, but they are NOT the entire team.
