In this past, I've looked for something like this for myself and found nada.

(EDIT: on searching the newest scholarships, I see that there are a few available, but only one specifically dedicated to post-high school. The rest Seniors in HS and some Juniors can apply.)

I particularly would like to see a two specific scholarships created for FIRST participants (mentors or volunteers):

One for those returning to school for a second degree in STEM.
One for those returning to school for a second degree in Secondary Education.

What are ways that scholarships can be created?
