We just got two of the 2" wide 40lb constant force springs from McMaster Carr. All I will say is exercise caution and I would recommend starting with the 20lb springs making sure you can mount the 40lb ones later if you need. Also if you use the 40lb springs the two holes are clearance for 1/4-20 bolts and their centers are .625" from each edge.
