I have my driverstation on the same computer. I do have communication according to the driverstation. I am also able to ping to the cRIO in less than 1ms every time. The DriverStation says that there is "No Robot Code".

Later, I tried to just use simple FTP because that is what Windriver uses: specifically port 21. So, I found the FRC_UserProgram.OUT file or something like that, I forgot exactly what it's called, and I deleted it. Meanwhile, I transferred over my OUT file from my project to the cRIO and renamed that OUT file to FRC_UserProgram.OUT. After I did that, the DriverStation still said that there is "No Robot Code".

After that, I installed Windriver on to my Windows 7 laptop. The exact same problem occurred.
