Being 12V, you could go straight to one of the 30A max outputs on the PD board, and use maybe a 5A breaker. This is always on though.
Better is to be able to turn it on and off via software when you need it. To do that, connect the LED ring to the output of a Spike relay, and have software control turning the Spike on and off.
