I think, I don't have one to check, but I am pretty sure the metal shaft in the middle (if you remove all that plastic) is a 8mm keyed shaft. This would make it identical to a CIM.
If I am not mistaken, and I am pretty sure I am correct, then you can use
this hub from AndyMark to interface with the motor
