Right- pneumatics would be downstream of regulation set-up:

Compressor --> Safety Relief (125 psi) --> Pressure Switch (124 psi) --> Reservoir tank(s) --> Regulator (60 psi) --> Solenoid --> Prop. Control Assembly --> Accumulator --> Cylinder
