In autonomous they honestly don't care
you could spin around in seven circles, drop the ball, pick it up, give it to a friend, drive back and forth, get the ball back and shoot it so long as you stay on your side of the field and it's in ten seconds.
As to the kinect thing, I'm gonna say yes because there is still an option for it on the driver station, but I'm not 100% sure so don't quote me on it.
