Have you looked at the
Stackerbox? It is designed to do just what you describe, and is very compact. Also, there are a few COTS gearboxes that have outputs matching a CIM mount, such as the
VersaPlanetary. You could use two bag motors through VersaPlanetaries mounted into your Toughbox Mini to get a lot of reduction with near the power of a single CIM.
