This would not be considered a complete system, unless this was the only system that your team was building.

The overall goal here is to show robots for the first time, there's many videos out there of teams that I will watch over and over again. But there is not as much excitement as the first time I saw their robot. On Premiere night we are looking to ignite that initial excitement in a teams robot. If someone has already shown their robot there is simply not as much excitement when re-showing it.
This is also the cause for some of the ambiguity here. A team last year could have only built a climber, and if they had showed this one mechanism they would have effectively shown off their whole robot. But there are other robot designs that could have shown their climber and not even have highlighted the most important features of their robot.
