Those are 3/16 spade tabs as I remember. They are available from Digikey. We use right angle females, and then bring a short wire from there to Power Lock APP connectors. Attach the wire to the motor with a tywrap to secure it and prevent breaking the tabs. Always insulate, heatshrink or electrical tape works well for this. If you have broken one off, and there is a little metal left, an experienced soldering person may be able to attach a wire and make an electrical connection that will last through competition. However, heat may melt the plastic end panel and move the terminal. This must be done carefully to work.
