Make sure you set your wireless network connection to 10.3.35.9, and disable IPv6. and for good measures, make sure you disable the local area connection. Also, instead of pinging it you can try navigating to it in a browser by typing into the url 10.3.35.1 Finally, if it still doesn't work, reconfigure your d-link by hard resetting it via the button on the back (hold down for 30 seconds) then use the frc bridge configuration utility.
