Question can anybody help me?

Hi
My name is Tyler Olds, I am currently the Head of our animations team. If anybody knows how to solve my problem please contact me, also if talking on the phone would help, I would be more than happy to call you.

Ok....
How do I create an 3d custom shape and still be able to put a custom image on it. THe only way that has been succesful so far is to delete points on a editable mesh. The only problem is that when I do that, for some reason it "guts" out the interior of the thing that I am making, ( please look at image to understand what I am talking about, this is not the actualy image however. Now if I were to rotate it you can still see just the sides. Its almost liek the top and bottonm were chopped off and it was hollow, yet there are vertexes) In this case it would be a monorail and a helecoptor. I guess my real question is, how to you fill in the middle of an object instead of it being hollow inside. If anybody has any comments or sugestions please let me know. Here are my contact sites....
