Exclamation No robot communication. troubleshooting steps?
My team has run into a problem where we cant connect to the robot whether it's wirelessly or directly through ethernet cable.

We noticed this problem when we were reformatting the cRIO. The robot lost communication randomly, and once we rebooted, it wouldn't communicate at all. Also, once this happened, the robot light stopped coming on. The programming computer is reading the robot (we pinged the robot and there was no data loss) and the IP settings on the laptop have been checked several times. When we wire in directly, all of the data that we send it is 'lost'

We think this could be an issue with the programming computer or with some wiring that may have come loose. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance for any help.
