I'm going to go with safety violations. Lots of teams don't think about protecting their various fingers and toes from the various elements of the robots.

#2? The 20" limit. I've already seen one video where a team clearly violates it. It's not terribly difficult to violate (though if you're smart with your hard stops, it's easy NOT to violate it).
