Sure you can get it done! Haven't you ever crammed for a test before
Now, the REAL question is: are you trying to win or just trying to document what you've done? Writing 4 pages quickly is good practice for college -- just describe clearly and coherently what your team has accomplished this year. Focus on content, don't worry about fancy format or creativity.
However, if your teacher expects you to win the award -- then he/she is definitely being unrealistic. Just like cramming at the last minute usually enables you to pass but doesn't usually get you the best score in the class, so the chances of your team actually winning the chairman's award by pulling something together at the last minute is pretty poor.
But whether or not you win the award -- this information can help your team in other ways. It helps you crystalize your team goals and accomplishments and can help you talk to the judges about other awards you might be qualified for. It is information you might want to put on your website. It is great information for teams you might mentor in the future. And sponsors LOVE to see this type of stuff.
So, do the best job you can, but don't overly stress! Next week we can all sleep!
