The judges will look at your controler at inpection, before and during the match. They have to be able to see the lights and if you have problems they need to see it to help digenosie the problem. Last year and previous years you had to hit the reset button on the RC evey time you downloaded a new program but this year is resets automaticly. I personally this year have noticed that some times the RC totally locks up and you have to hit the reset button to get it working again, though cycling power on the whole robot would also do the trick.

So where should the RC get mounted? I would say visable and accesable but not in the open. If it breaks that is $565 to replace and I don't know about you but our team doesn't have that much money.
