Re: What do you think of my scouting system?

Are you planning on using this data throughout the day for match strategy development, or only after matches are complete for alliance selection?

If the former, I noticed that on your "Team Stats" page that each formula divides the sum of each category by 12. If a team has only played 1 match, the average will be whatever they had divided by 12 instead of divided by 1, throwing off your numbers.

One easy way to fix this would be to have a calculated field on your "Match Scouting Data" which counts the number of blank cells for that category. Then on your "Team Stats" page you could modify the formula to be /(12-'counted blank cells').

For example:
For Autonomous High Goals, you could have a formula in cell EQ that is:
Code:
=ISBLANK(D4)+ISBlANK(O4)+ISBLANK(AA4)+ etc...
Then on your "Team Stats" page you could modify the formula in column F to be:
Code:
=((15*((((((((((('Match Scouting'!C4+'Match Scouting'!O4)+'Match Scouting'!AA4)+'Match Scouting'!AM4)+'Match Scouting'!AY4)+'Match Scouting'!BK4)+'Match Scouting'!BW4)+'Match Scouting'!CI4)+'Match Scouting'!CU4)+'Match Scouting'!DG4)+'Match Scouting'!DS4)+'Match Scouting'!EE4))/(12-'Match Scouting'!EQ4))
This would give you the proper score averages if you wanted the point values in each cell.

Alternatively, you could simply count the number "of Auto High Goal Scores". Instead of multiplying it by the point value (15), you would end up with a number like "1.5" meaning "they average about 1.5 balls in the high goal per match in auto". This would allow you to remove the extra calculated required that I showed above to get the proper averages.

You're new formula on your "Team Stats" page would look like this:
Code:
=((((((((((((('Match Scouting'!C4+'Match Scouting'!O4)+'Match Scouting'!AA4)+'Match Scouting'!AM4)+'Match Scouting'!AY4)+'Match Scouting'!BK4)+'Match Scouting'!BW4)+'Match Scouting'!CI4)+'Match Scouting'!CU4)+'Match Scouting'!DG4)+'Match Scouting'!DS4)+'Match Scouting'!EE4))/12)
You could then add these point values into your "Average Score Per Match" column by modifying the formula to take account the points, e.g. 10*each high goal scored+15*each auto high goal. etc..
