Re: Breaking mounts of Encoders on Andymark Super Shifter

It's hard to tell from the photo you posted, but, it looks like you have the encoder bracket mounted inside out.

It should be mounted such that the "cut around" in the plastic bracket sits over the bearing in the gearbox, and it should be flat on the side you screw the encoder on to. Try flipping it 180 degrees along the horizontal plane.

That's the best I can make out from the photo.
