I figured since
this thread was nice last year, I'd do something similar, but keep it in a google doc so that it's easy to update throughout the season.
It probably seems a bit early, but I think it'll be cool to see the list of teams evolve and change over the course of the next six weeks of competitions. It'll be especially interesting to see the changes from when teams submit and win from the last few years, given the new multiple submissions rules.

Lastly, congratulations to all the teams who have won the Chairman's Award this year, and all those who will win! We're in for one of the most competitive Chairman's season yet, and it's going to be a fun ride.
