For starters, make sure the image your expecting and the image you are writing are the same size. Second, something you can try is using the "Write" function and write the threshold-ed image to the cRIO, then FTP to it and take a look at how accurate it is. If its not to your liking, play around with the angle the cameras set to and the brightness setting.
