First off, IANAL.
The piano cover would be likely be considered to be a derivative work ( definition), so you would need to obtain permission from the original creator/artist in addition to the creator of the cover.
I would recommend using something that is obviously free to avoid any issues. My team frequently uses ccmixter to find freely licensed music.
