What is the worest thing that has happened during your build season?

Ours in order from worst too not as bad things that happened:
1) Autonomous programmer didn't get the code done soon enough.
2) Having to redo a lot of the components(drive train)
3) Some weight had to be removed
4) Height limited our boundaries

Last 2 weren't that bad but first 2 were annoying.
