No, they don't. They are powered by the same PWM signal that the Victors use, but the similarities stop there.

I don't think the Victor will work on the EduBot battery pack. And the EduBot probably would not work well on a 12v battery. But I think it should work for the Victor to draw its power from a 12v battery, while connecting the PWM cable to the EduBot.
