More or less, 95% of "inspections" after initial inspection in FRC are considered not inspections when held up to this scrutiny.

Yup, I remember that, and remember the same ugly gut feeling when I thought there would be a replay and found out they decided to DQ instead.
Ugly stuff. It would be nice if FIRST took a closer look at this aspect of the competition (completely legal, but often rushed, robot modifications post-alliance selection)
