Here is a test google form i put together

Because it is just test data if you could keep the "match number" field to any number under 20 and for "team number" keep it any number under 1000 all other fields just keep realistic(no ones going to be scoring 9999999 points in a match). If you have any suggestions/criticisms/things i should add please put them in the "notes" section
