I had actually thought that might be the problem, and changed how the loader motor was called. However, that did not solve the problem.
I also removed the while loop and just extended the wait time for the pistons and now that works fine. I think the 250 ms wasn't enough time for the pistons to be pushed out and then called back.
Everything works in teleop, and works at once. The tech teacher was telling me that the students had had the robot moving, firing and using the pistons all at once with no problems. Only Autonomous doesn't work for whatever reason.
Also the thing we have noticed is if one of the sequences doesn't work the others do. I'm thinking we may need to combine them all into one sequence to see any change.
