Looks like the forecast for Thursday/Friday calls for summer-like conditions in Rochester (highs around 50F/10C), so not too likely for snow.
But Saturday it'll be back to normal with temps around freezing and possible freezing rain. Perhaps you'll get to skate in the parking lots!
Where are you guys staying? I'm sure some locals (or expatriates like me
could recommend team-friendly restaurants near your hotel as well.
