In retrospect, it seems likely, although we didn't realize it at the time. If it had shown the same failure characteristic (120A breaker open) we would have replaced the breaker after Q109. We looked at the DS log after Q89 and the telemetry looked like a cRio reboot. We couldn't find a root cause for the reboot (we checked for loose wiring and found nothing), so it's possible the reboot was an early symptom of the breaker starting to fail (e.g. the breaker exhibited larger voltage drops, resulting in very low voltage causing the reboot). We'll take a fresh look at the DS logs in light of the later failures and see if we can conclude anything different.
