No, RAS winners compete for RAS, but they do not bring a robot to compete with. RI only gives points. I thought I remembered there being no rookies last year, but

Actually, upon closer inspection, the two rookie teams on that list are the RI and RAS winners, and they aren't in any matches, So there weren't any rookies there. This year there should be at least 4 actually competing with a robot.
