I just posted a new version, here's what I did:

Point corrections: -10 for 716, +30 for 5129
1 or 2 non-point fixes
Since there are only 38 teams left to complete, marked the top 16 teams as qualified
applied tiebreakers to teams 3 teams tied for 15th because of above
