I didn't mean to make it sound like I wan't impressed. Still a first year team doing that to me is somewhat more so.

Not silly at all. In fact a very good idea too as you still scored a fair amount of points. I like teams that take on programming challenges such as that in their first year.

This definitely counts for something. In fact it was my backup plan in case we encountered a team that had no auto and the programming of the 2-high goal auto wasn't working quite right. Nice thinking.
