My team (291-CIA) is considering holding an exhibition event sometime after the season is over. Are there any other teams who have hosted such an event that can give some advice? How many people were needed for planning, setup, and during the actual event? What was the overall cost? What venue did you use, and, if it was something bigger and better than your high school gym, how did you gain access to it? Feel free to send any information directly to me at

Also, if any team would be interested in attending an exhibition event in Erie, PA in mid-September (we think) please let me know at the same adress. Include the number of people you'll bring with you if at all possible (the bigger the numbers, the easier it will be for us to get a nice venue and support from the city) Thanks in advance, and I look forward to seeing all the teams in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Houston!
