Definitely take the time and meticulously draw out the shafts and whatever spacing system you will use. All the correct hardware and tolerances. You (or whoever assembles it) will kick you in the butt when it comes together and there are issues with spacing. Looks good otherwise!
Tip: When you go to rivet it put the shafts and the bearings in first. This will ensure that you do not have alignment issues with your rigid frame
