You're talking about the breakers on the PDB right? We have used never had to replace these because they wore out due to excessive tripping, but it might be possible that they degrade over time.

I know a lot of teams replace their main breaker if it trips, because they supposedly trip easier the next time, but I don't know if the same is true for the PDB breakers.
