It's Wanderlust, by Reaktor Productions. It's worth noting that the song was used for the Tech Valley Regional Highlight Video before it was used for the Championship Wrap-Up Video, ironically enough. And in case you're wondering, the 2013 Championship Wrap-Up Video used another Reaktor Productions song.
