Great essay. As inspired as I am with the level of inspiration Chairman's award winners have provided, I think I'm more inspired by how many teams there are like FRC340 who have yet to win... but have impacts rivaling the winners.

Only one team a year gets the award, but I think we have more and more FIRST teams contributing at a "Chairmans" level, which is great news for the organization.
