Quicken would be the perfect option, but they don't have a web-based option which we can access from wherever we are. There is a mobile app version of Quicken but it doesn't provide the reporting we need. Our high school has a bank account for us but only tracks total deposits and withdrawals. We want more detail with better reporting than just Excel spreadsheets. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Honestly, from what it sounds like, Google Drive fits your needs perfectly. Just document your purchases in one sheet and then load up pivot tables in another.
