actually the wheels are custum 2.75 inch, and the bevel is from SDP/SI part:
A 1B 3-Y32016B
A 1B 3-Y32064
the grean spacer is threadded on the outer holes, six bolts from the right wheel, six though the left
(im the CAD lead, i would know)
