It still is quite a bit cheaper to do bulk boards. Most likely, there won't be demand for boards to goto a conventional board house (where it would be very cheap if we ordered enough). Osh Park also has bulk pricing where in:
No Minimums: $5 per square inch
150 sq in minimum: $1 per square inch
If we were able to get enough people on board (pun intended) to do a 150 sq in order, it would be considerably cheaper.
