I just wanted to make sure that I'm not misunderstanding something.
It looks like the recent rulings in the Game Forum say that any intentional contact with any ball tube (including pushing a tube on your own alliance's rolling goals) is illegal and will result in a penalty. See for example

this other forum posting.
The Game Video shows a robot running around pushing a goal by its ball tube the whole time. These rulings would seem to indicate that all of these actions shown in the Game Video would be illegal.
Does everyone else have the same understanding?
(Yes, yes, I know that the Forum takes priority over everything else, but I'd like to think that they'd make a bigger deal out of this change as I'd guess that many teams, especially rookies, aren't closely following the Forum and may be building a robot based on the Video and Game Manuals which may then end up being illegal and incurring big penalties.)
