Beta teams are using Eclipse. WindRiver won't be supported.
We're a Java team, not a C++ team, so I can't say if there's an easy way to program cRIOs in C++ under Eclipse.

this thread would yield some insight. (The C++ subforum seems like a good place to ask these questions - I suspect that someone has done this.)
