Sounds a little heavy to me.
6 cims * 2.82lbs/cim = 17lbs
2 shifting gearboxes *3lbs/gearbox = 6lbs
6 colsons * 0.5lbs = 3lbs
Then your frame members and such should only be around 8-10lbs.
Soe between 34 and 36lbs, maybe a bit more. What is your bellypan made of?
