No it isn't. It's also no prank that the new data is uploaded. I have verified the banner counts of the teams that had missing blue banners, and that looks good now.

Since I'm pretty confident that I have accurate data, I will update the calculations for each regional. That script takes about an hour so expect the website to be down around an hour from now for up to 5 minutes.
